Services / Revenue Operations
Your CRM is either the system your revenue runs on, or the reason nobody trusts the numbers. We build it, migrate to it, and clean up the one you already have.
A CRM fails in one of two ways. It was configured for a sales motion the company has since outgrown, or it was never really configured at all and every team invented its own fields. Both end in the same place: a system of record that nobody records anything in.
We do implementations and we do rescues. An implementation is a build from a defined revenue process: objects, stages, fields, permissions, and the integrations that keep it fed. A rescue starts with an audit of what is actually in the system, which is almost always worse than the team expects.
The audit is the part clients underestimate. For a SaaS fintech, 38% of reported leads were duplicates, eliminated through CRM deduplication to restore reporting accuracy. For another client, seven disconnected systems were consolidated into a single CRM. Neither problem was visible from the dashboard.
Our specialist operators hold certifications across the core platforms we build on, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Make, and Zapier. We pick the platform that fits the motion and the budget, not the one we would prefer to bill against.
Everything is documented and handed over. A CRM your team cannot administer without us is a CRM we have not finished.
What is covered
disconnected systems consolidated into a single CRM for one client. Most CRM problems are architecture problems, not software problems.
How It Works
We assess what is in the system now: record quality, duplicate rates, field usage, stage definitions, and which integrations are actually running. You get the findings whether or not you engage us for the build.
We design the object model, stages, fields and permissions against how your revenue process actually works, then agree it in writing before anything is configured.
We configure, migrate and deduplicate, then connect the systems that feed it. Data is validated against the source before cutover, not after it.
Documentation, admin training, and a team that can change a field without filing a ticket with us. No ongoing dependency.
Tell us what platform you are on and where the reporting stops being believable. We will scope the audit and come back with what we find.
