Services / Demand Generation
Cold email works when the list, the infrastructure and the copy are all right. Most programmes fix the copy, because it is the only part anyone can see. We build all three.
Cold email does not fail because buyers are unresponsive. It fails on three things, in a fixed order: the list, the sending infrastructure, and the message. Teams almost always start at the message, because it is the only one they can read back. That is why so many conclude the channel is dead.
The list comes first. A sequence sent to a badly qualified list cannot be rescued by better writing. We define the ICP, build the target list against real firmographic and signal data, and verify every address before a single send goes out.
The infrastructure comes second, and it is where most programmes quietly die. Sending domains, DNS records, mailbox warm-up, volume per inbox, reply routing. Get deliverability wrong and a good message never reaches a person, while the reply rate reads back to you as a copy problem you cannot solve.
The message comes third. We write for a defined segment with a specific reason to be in touch, then test at the level of the opening line and the ask rather than rewriting whole emails and guessing at what moved.
Our specialist operators have generated over $2.3M in qualified pipeline for a single client within one engagement scope. The mechanism is AI-powered outbound infrastructure. The output is booked meetings and pipeline that did not exist before we started.
What is covered
A list is not data. Most outbound runs on a name, a title and a company, which is enough to send an email and nowhere near enough to say anything worth reading. The difference between a sequence that works and one that does not is usually decided before a word is written.
We build an intelligence layer underneath the sequence. Enrichment runs as a waterfall rather than a single lookup, so a field one provider cannot fill is filled by the next, and every address is verified before it is used. A record is only released into a sequence once it is complete enough to write against.
On top of that sit research agents doing the work a good SDR would do and almost never has time for at volume: reading the company site and recent announcements, working out what they sell and who they sell it to, and pulling the one specific detail that makes an opening line true rather than interchangeable.
Signals decide timing. Funding rounds, leadership hires, job postings, technology changes and office moves are all observable, and each is a reason to be in touch this week rather than at random. A relevant message sent at the wrong moment still loses.
Then the same intelligence runs on the way back in. Replies are classified as interested, not now, wrong person or unsubscribe, routed accordingly, and written to the CRM, so a positive reply reaches a human quickly and someone who asked to be left alone never hears from you again.
Hands-on delivery expertise in Clay, n8n, and leading AI models such as Claude and GPT-4o. The tooling matters less than the discipline: every automated judgement is one a person could audit, and anything the system is not confident about goes to a human rather than being guessed at.
Providers queried in sequence rather than relied on individually, with verification before send. Coverage improves and bounce rates stay where deliverability needs them.
Account-level research at list scale. What the company sells, who to, and what changed recently, extracted into fields the copy can actually use.
Funding, leadership hires, hiring patterns and technology changes fire the sequence at the moment the reason to make contact is real rather than manufactured.
Inbound replies classified and routed automatically, written back to the CRM. Interest reaches a person quickly and an opt-out is honoured immediately.
A bad list cannot be written out of. A blocked domain cannot be written out of either.
Copy is the third variable, not the first. We fix the two underneath it before anyone argues about a subject line.
How It Works
We map your ideal customer profile, identify where buyers are already showing intent, and build a qualified target list before a single message goes out. Every address is verified. No spray-and-pray.
Sending domains, DNS authentication, mailbox provisioning and warm-up, and per-inbox volume ceilings. We build the sending estate to survive at volume, then test deliverability against real inboxes before launch rather than after it.
We write the sequences, connect the enrichment and follow-up automation, and go live. Reply data and conversion rates are reviewed continuously, and we iterate on targeting, timing and message at the level of the single variable that changed.
Full documentation, running systems, and a team that knows how to operate and scale them independently. No ongoing dependency on us to keep the pipeline moving.
Tell us who you are trying to reach and what the pipeline looks like today. We will scope the outbound system and come back with a clear plan, before any engagement begins.
